Janet Schoen is a Certified Mindset/ Optimization Coach that runs her company Mindful Brain Moments, which is focused on helping Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Survivors to experience true Joy, Love, Peace, and fulfillment from the inside out. and to optimize client’s strengths.

Through her program, Janet is helping survivors to find more positivity and understanding of who they authentically are and not just the person they relate to and see in the mirror.

Janet’s business is in the beginning stages and is set up to be a business that helps many TBI Survivors with two program options, speaking to different organizations and is a podcast guest on multiple podcasts.

Janet is a survivor of 31 years and has three years of coaching experience. She continues to grow her skills daily to impact more people. She is an example of how small steps taken consistently lead to overall life changing accomplishments. She is a wife of 27 years, mother of 3 sons, and a new mother-in-law.
